Tonwapiri Anthony was born in England but raised in Nigeria after this parents relocated back home.[i] He has a Degree in Business Administration from the University of Plymouth.[ii]

He currently lives in Lagos where he works as a banker. When he is not working, he likes to travel, watch movies, socialise and eat![iii]

Tonwa started writing at age 10.[iv]  About a decade ago, he was advised by fans who liked his posts on Facebook to start a blog. In 2009, he started a blog, The Crazy Nigerian. His book was born from this process of blogging.[v]

The Crazy Nigerian is his first published book.
